Yes, changes to a current booking can be made before 1 hour prior to the pickup time by contacting Maraheb customer service.
Home Check-in Bookings will be accepted 24 hours to 6 hours prior to the Scheduled Time of Departure of the flight.
The baggage tracking status after pickup/drop-off service can be viewed by clicking on ‘Follow up your booking’ on the application.
Maraheb services are available to customers travelling from Muscat International Airport and who have a valid flight ticket from our selected partner airlines.
Currently we are operating in Muscat city only.
It is very simple. You can register as a new user by signing up on the Marahab website or Maraheb apps using your mobile number.
Our bilingual Maraheb app is available on both Apple Store and the Google Play.
You can accumulate Maraheb points based on the total amount you spend on completed bookings.
Maraheb points can be redeemed prior to making a payment for a new booking.
Customers can reach Maraheb customer service via phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp chat.
A booking can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the pickup time.
All baggage is insured from the time of pickup till the drop off at the airport. This is included in the service price. If needed; Additional Premium insurance can be bought in additional service screen while completing a booking.
An upgrade in the baggage allowance or any other changes to the ticket can be done when our service representative reaches your doorstep.
You can contact Maraheb Customer service and they will help you to get a slot for the Service.
Upon the cancellation of booking a refund process will be initiated and the total amount will be reimbursed within 15 working days. The Refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.
