Home Check-in
MARAHEB offers a Home Check-in service. This innovative offering allows guests to enjoy the convenience of checking in from the comfort of their homes. Initially launching in Muscat, MARAHEB's Home Check-in service is set to redefine travel ease and will soon extend its operations to other regions across the Sultanate of Oman.
How does Home check-in work?
Register and book!
When you book Home Check-in for the first time, registration with MARAHEB is required. This can be effortlessly completed through the MARAHEB app, conveniently available on both the AppStore and Google Play. Accessible 24/7, you can schedule Home Check-in at your convenience, up to six hours before your flight. Simply specify the time you’d like our check-in agents to arrive.
Bag Collection:
Our agents will be at your location in Muscat within 24 to 6 hours before your flight, depending on your chosen time slot. They will verify your travel documents, complete your check-in, collect your bags, and provide you with your boarding pass and bag tags. Seat selection and payment for extra bags can also be conveniently handled.
Make your way to the airport!
With check-in completed, enjoy a hassle-free journey to Muscat International Airport, skipping the queues and head straight to your gate.
Collect your bags at your destination!
Upon landing at your destination, your bags will be ready and waiting for you.
Home Check-in Packages:
With Home Check-in, you only pay for the bags you want to check, regardless of the number of guests traveling. Simply decide on the number of bags you’d like us to collect, and then choose the package that best suits your needs.
If you happen to exceed the ticketed baggage allowance for each guest, handling excess baggage is quick and easy with our seamless payment process.
